Our Salon products are created to the highest standards and rigorously checked. If, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other product to the Rhona McCallum Salon, we will ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible. We offer a 7 day from date of purchase return policy.

Please be aware, we cannot accept back straighteners / stylers if the protective plastic security seal in the box has been broken. Therefore we recommend you ensure you have ordered the correct size styler before breaking the protective seal in the box. If you are unsure of your choice of styler please do not open the seal simply call our Salon for advice.
