Terms and Conditions

We ONLY accept orders made within the UK and ONLY deliver within the UK.

All transactions are carried out in £sterling only.

All items supplied by Rhona McCallum hair Salon will be sent on a signed for basis within one-two working days of receiving your order.

All items are offered subject to the availability at the time of receipt of the order.

Where items are out of stock at the time of order, we will forward items on within 14 days unless we advise you otherwise.
If, after 14 days or agreed time, we have still not received new stock we will refund to you the cost of items out of stock.

Nothing herein above shall effect your statutory rights.

We value your custom. It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If, however this is not the case, under distance selling regulations we have a 7 day returns policy.

IF YOU FIND THAT ANY PORTION OF YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

You must notify us by email (hair@rhonamccallum.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt. This is very important. We will begin the process to have the merchandise returned within 5 days of notification. Damaged merchandise presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt. Please take precautions against additional damage to the merchandise you are returning. See condition of returns below. Due to weight restrictions, complimentary items may have to be dispatched in a separate package to stylers.

IF YOU FIND THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE

If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e. – you ordered it and then decide that you don’t want it), you have the right under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, to cancel your order. Please email us at hair@rhonamccallum.co.uk confirming this. You must inform us within 7 working days after you receive the good. If you cancel using these rights you are liable to return the goods at your own cost.

Please be aware, we cannot accept back straighteners / stylers if the protective plastic security seal in or on the box has been broken. Therefore we recommend you ensure you have ordered the correct size styler before breaking the protective seal in the box. If you are unsure of your choice of styler please do not open the seal. Simply call our Salon for advice.

IF THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE IS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED

If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions for returning the product. See condition of returns below.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

In all cases, please complete our returns form. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and the transaction ID number you received from PAYPAL when you placed your order together with your comments regarding your dissatisfaction with your product. For undamaged items, they must be returned in the original box with the security seal intact and with any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received at the Rhona McCallum Salon in mint re-saleable condition.

Please pack very carefully.

For damaged items being returned, the packing policy above applies to prevent further damage.

When shipping merchandise back to us, please use Registered Insured Delivery. This will allow you to keep track of your package. We always aim to handle your return within 10 working days of receipt but if you need any further information please call 01259 217321 or email (hair@rhonamccallum.co.uk) if you have any further questions concerning the return of a product.

CREDIT

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your Debit or Credit Card will be credited appropriately and you will receive email confirmation of the transaction. From the date of processing the credit please allow up to 5 working days for the amount to reach your account.

ORDERS

Local customs charges or excise charges may apply to International Destinations, these have to be paid locally by the customer.

Rhona McCallum reserves the right to change the price of goods on an ongoing basis. The price quoted at the time of checkout is final.

For the protection and peace of mind of our customers, we check every order received against a strict set of anti-fraud procedures. Should there be any doubt to the validity of the order we will contact you directly to confirm your identity. We reserve the right to refund and cancel any order we consider to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.

PROMOTIONS

All promotional offer conditions are limited to the current transaction. For example : In a buy any 3 products promotion, all three items must be purchased in a single transaction. Rhona McCallum reserves the right to replace promotional items with another item of similar value.

All promotional items are on a while stocks last basis.

Next day delivery applies to non promotional goods. In situations that due to weight restrictions promotional items are dispatched separately, the additional package will not be sent via next day delivery and may not arrive on the same day as the goods you have ordered. However the promotional items will be dispatched on the same day as your main package.

Rhona McCallum reserves the right to withdraw promotional offers at anytime.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

All purchases made in the UK will be dispatched via Royal Mail Next working Day Guaranteed Delivery service. We dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day as purchase. (Mon – Fri) During peak seasonal trading periods, periods of industrial action, natural disasters or in areas of extreme weather or other outside influences that may affect delivery we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver in the next working day.
