A look back at summer 2022
Autumn is officially here, so we wanted to share a brief look back at summer 2022 at Rhona McCallum hair. We have had a fabulous summer with lots of activities.
Team updates.
Madison completed her level 3.
“We’re super proud of Madison completing her Level 2 in hairdressing. 🎉👏🎈Determination has got her where she is. Training through a pandemic & 2 salon lockdowns has not been easy. Thanks Catherine from RRI for all your help 👏 Having now completed level 2 she’s ready to push further into level 3 hairdressing in October. “
Colour training. We have had an insalon workshop with colour technician Abbie from Wella showcasing the latest colour trends for a/w.
We also launched the new “no bleaching” colour method to lighten hair.
What’s been happening over the summer?
Hair extensions – Lucy is now qualified in Beauty Works Hair Extensions.
Ghd Style Bar – Madison & Sophie are ready to get your hair looking fabulous for your weekend nights out offering bouncy blowdrys, Ghd waves, Pleats & hair ups.
We’ve now started our new apprentice Syke. You’ll be able to meet her the next time you’re in the salon, she might even be shampooing your hair or putting on a treatment. She’s very keen to learn, plus she makes a great cup of coffee.
The summer is now officially over and everyone’s been on holiday. It leaves us now with great memories.
Lucy’s been on 2 holidays Tenerife & Palma. Madison had a hen party weekend with girl friends in Spain and packed in a few concerts in Manchester. Sophie hit the night clubs in Magaluf with friends, plus she’s passed her driving test. Gillian kept it local with quality time in St. Andrews with the family. Florence took to Barcelona & also chilled out in Ibiza. Rhona went on a holiday to Corfu trekking the Durell coast line & county side.
We’re all looking forward to Autumn & Winter setting in, getting the cosy vibe back into the salon again. With delicious hot chocolate, great music, good laughs & great hair.
