Behind the scenes, Gillian has been hard at work, playing a crucial role in shaping the next generation of talent in our salon. She’s been dedicated to training and assessing our young team of hairdressers, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and confidence to excel.

 

But that’s not all—Gillian has also been levelling up her own expertise by undergoing training to become our new in-house assessor. This dual role allows her to continue guiding our apprentices while also stepping into a vital position to maintain the high standards we’re known for. We’re excited to see her thrive in this new chapter!
