Team News – part 1

It’s going to be a fabulous year for everyone here at Rhona McCallum Hair with lots of exciting moments, both at work and personally.

We asked everyone to share their plans.

Gillian will be celebrating her 40th in July (Counting down the days) …and will be off to Disney land Paris with all her family to celebrate in style with Mickey, Minnie and friends in true Gillian style. Gillian is looking forward to working on our new training program in salon, teaching and mentoring, as she always does, our young team with their new SVQ level 2 & 3 hairdressing.

A big birthday, a trip to Disney, and a focus on training, that’s what you call BIG PLANS.

Florence  is going to be 30 in June and she will be off abroad somewhere hot, we all know how much she enjoys her sunny trips and holidays, plus she will be celebrating with a big family weekend away somewhere in the UK. In the salon she will be working on creating lots of new and exciting hairdressing services and packages for our clients.

Another big birthday, lots of sunny holidays, family time and creating new services, that’s MORE BIG PLANS.

Rhona  will focussing on the team as they are on target for salon growth this year, building on our clients hair journey and providing the best service we can possible give. Plus most importantly, continual staff training to keep us all ahead of our game. Rhona will also be organising a calendar full of exciting client promotions for the year ahead. Plus rewarding the salon team with mini team building events.Watch out for what exciting plans we’ll be organising in 2025 🎉
