Rhona
CEO Founder
Rhona has been in the hairdressing industry since the age of 15. Having trained and worked alongside some of the top elite hairdressers in the world. Opened her first salon in 1989. Going on to win various local business accolades and national UK hair awards with Wella Trend Vision and The Scottish Wedding Awards.
Being a member of the British Fellowship of Hairdressing being able to demonstrate future trends and styles on live stages.
Rhona works in the salon along with her team 2 days per week. Cutting, colouring & perming her loyal clients she’s serviced over the decades. Along with training her team.
In Rhona’s spare time, she loves spending time with her 3 kids and grandson. Holidaying abroad, going to the gym, country walks, cooking and eating out.
Florence
Director & Co. Owner
Florence, daughter of Rhona, has been working in the family business since a young age, with over 12 years experience. She is a great asset to the now family business, ensuring the salon heads in the right direction.
She strengthened her career working in Dubai 2016 and has been educated by some of the best hairdressers in the industry.
Florence is a lover of creating beautiful sun-kissed summer hair. Specialising in blondes, balayage, colour correction and tape extensions. Weddings & occasional hair ups, is another of her specialties. Along with cutting short unisex hairdressing on all ages. She has a loyal growing clientele that travel to her from all over the U.K.
Florence is our salon educator & assessor, overseeing all our new up and coming apprentices.
Gillian
Salon Manager
With over 23 years in the hairdressing domain and training from elite salons, Gillian’s commitment to excellence is evident in her unwavering dedication to customer service and care. Serving a diverse clientele, from spirited preschoolers to graceful senior citizens, Gillian’s chair is always bustling with activity, testament to the trust she has built over the years.
Beyond her masterful cutting and colouring skills, Gillian is an integral part of our Wedding Team, crafting unforgettable bridal styles.
Outside her managerial and stylist duties, she embraces life as a devoted wife and mother, rejuvenating through fitness classes and overseas yoga retreats.
With Gillian at the helm, you’re in experienced and caring hands.
Mia
Apprentice Stylist
We are all very pleased to welcome Mia to our team. She’s young, reliable and very keen to learn. She’s shown she’s enthusiastic and a fast learner already. Mia is currently working towards her SVQ hairdressing training programme in salon.
Mia gives a great shampoo & massage at the back wash area. Assisting our stylists on the salon floor with their clients.
When not at work Mia enjoys spending time with her family going out for meals and walking the family dog. Plus hanging out with her friends.
She’s excited what the salon holds for her career in the future years ahead.
